Great opportunity: fry cook (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Spalding County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
