Scaffolder • Kurfi, Katsina State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolder in Kurfi, Katsina State. Day-to-day duties: • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
