Now hiring: we are hiring a banksman in Wells County, North Dakota. Your main tasks: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
