Join our team: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Hayes County, Nebraska. The job is in an open-cast mine. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance The role involves: • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
