System scaffolder — Telford and Wrekin

Immediate opening: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Telford and Wrekin, England. The job is on a busy construction site. You will fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Able to read basic scaffold drawings Performance bonus on top of base pay.
