Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Franklin County, Vermont. Day to day you will verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS). You should have: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
