Scullery hand wanted in Massac County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Massac County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
