Production line inspector • East Dunbartonshire, Scotland

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line inspector in East Dunbartonshire, Scotland. Day-to-day duties: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
