Restaurant steward — Winston County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Winston County, Alabama. You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; check back during the meal and handle special requests; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided.
