Steel fixer wanted in Garfield County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel fixer in Garfield County, Oklahoma. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling On the job you will handle: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
