Great opportunity: aluminium tig welder (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Morgan County, Indiana. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. You will prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through 6+ years on the tools preferred.
