Now hiring: we are hiring a site safety steward in Benton County, Oregon. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Your main tasks: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
