Escalator technician — Fermanagh and Omagh

Vacancy available: we are hiring an escalator technician in Fermanagh and Omagh, Northern Ireland. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. On a typical shift you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; run load and overload tests with test weights; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
