Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Douglas County, South Dakota. You will be based in a spray booth. The role involves compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
