We are recruiting: gas pipe fitter (Mississippi)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Leake County, Mississippi. You will work at a boiler and appliance service centre. What we are looking for: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration On the job you will handle: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply Rotating shifts.
