Cake decorator — South Lanarkshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. The job is at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
