Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
