Spray painter (automotive) — Marion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Marion County, Texas. You will be based at a busy body shop. Day to day you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns 1+ years on the tools preferred.
