Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. £2,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
