Shuttering carpenter • Onitsha North, Anambra State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Onitsha North, Anambra State. What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Day-to-day duties: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
