Brick mason wanted in Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick mason in Jefferson County, Florida. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage You will brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Share your details and we will call you back.
