Scullery hand wanted in Monroe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Monroe County, New York. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
