Two-wheeler courier — City of Roanoke

Immediate opening: we are hiring a two-wheeler courier in City of Roanoke, Virginia. You will work at an e-commerce last-mile depot. On the job you will handle: • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time You should have: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike • Valid two-wheeler driving licence 5+ years on the tools preferred.
