Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
