Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
