Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Buchanan County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
