Scaffolder wanted in Carroll County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolder in Carroll County, Maryland. You will be based on a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground What we are looking for: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
