You should have: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding The role involves read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer.
