Concrete finisher • Garfield County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Garfield County, Nebraska. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. On the job you will handle: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
