Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Ottawa County, Ohio. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
