The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
