Finish carpenter wanted in Barnes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Barnes County, North Dakota. The job is at a shopfitting company. Day-to-day duties: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops Requirements: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
