Ideal candidate: • Valid digital tachograph card • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience You will log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays.
