Lift erector wanted in Lafourche Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift erector in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. The role involves measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,250 per project, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
