Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Sheridan County, Nebraska. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
