What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦260,000 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
