Great opportunity: commis chef (Montana)

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Cascade County, Montana. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
