Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ogbomosho South, Oyo State. Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Performance bonus on top of base pay.
