Urgent requirement: lathe operator (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe operator in Shelby County, Alabama. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. The role involves measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; set up and start the machine as per the job card; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Full-time with occasional weekends.
