The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Part-time with flexible hours.
