Pipe tig welder wanted in Cobb County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Cobb County, Georgia. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection You will carry out 6G pipe welds where required; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run.
