Tower crane operator • Tyler County, West Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Tyler County, West Virginia. The job is at a precast concrete yard. The role involves keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
