Vacancy available: fabricator-welder (South Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Oglala Lakota County, South Dakota. You will work at an automobile body shop. Day-to-day duties: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Full-time with occasional weekends.
