We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
