Motor grader operator • Cumberland County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Cumberland County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Full-time, day shift.
