Hydraulic press operator — Mecosta County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Mecosta County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; record output and downtime on the production sheet. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
