Articulated lorry driver • Hudson County, New Jersey

We are recruiting: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Hudson County, New Jersey. The role involves: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
