Join our team: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Santa Clara County, California. You will be based at an e-commerce last-mile depot. Requirements: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times The role involves collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point.
