Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service Rotating shifts.
