Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Chariton County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request.
